Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of order placement, provided the item has not yet been shipped.
Cancellation is not accepted once your order has been shipped.

If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be included.
- You must first provide clear photos showing the item, tags, and packaging are intact and undamaged.
Please email us at customerservice@pompeche.com.au before sending your return to confirm the correct return address.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g. ordering the wrong size or a change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g. damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the shipping cost.
Tracking Requirement
Once you send the item back, please email the return tracking number to customerservice@pompeche.com.au
We are not responsible for lost return parcels without tracking number.
Exclusions
Custom-made or personalised items are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your purchase and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval status.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 1–3 business days.
- Funds will then be returned to your original payment method (processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider).
Missing or Delayed Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your bank, as processing delays can occur.
